Unfortunately, the customer service here made me feel unwelcome, as if I was asking for something for free rather than paying for a service. It was disappointing and unprofessional

I know that in the state of ABQ there are 3 markets selling Vietnamese food. G&H. 999 market and Talin market. G&H market sells items at lower prices than the other 2 markets. But the way G&H market treats customers is not enthusiastic and looks down on customers. They do not consider customers as anything, people often say that customers are king. If a business wants to keep customers for a long time, it must please customers. Otherwise, even if the goods are sold cheaper or 10% off the total value, with the owner's lifestyle and behavior, they will slowly lose customers and no customers will dare to come to buy anymore. The owner has lived in the US for decades but their lifestyle is not even as good as a small part of the Americans. That makes many customers dislike them. Customers who come to buy talk loudly and are very rude to customers, even if they do not like anyone, they curse directly to the customer's face. Customers come to buy, people bring money to give to you, not to beg, so why be mean to customers. I like shopping here but their treatment is so bad I will not support this market anymore. Go to another market to buy even though it is more expensive but I feel happy and comfortable.

I am here new at ABQ, however I am moving around between Talin, G&H, El Super and 999 when come to oriental goods. These shops are selling more oriental food. G&H has better selection than Talin, but not everything is cheaper. Just reasonable price. They are selling vegetable in pack and normally huge one. When ask can reduce to smaller pack or split into 2, the lady is arrogant and talk loudly to reject. Asking me not to use phone calling around to ask price around. Omg, this is open market, and they don't allowed customer to compare their price????? Furthermore, I am only asking around neighbour who want to share 2 pounds vegetable. Pretty bad accused. Overall their store is having good choice of goods but I cannot accept their staff behaviour and not aware of customer first and customer is king concept. Visit this shop if you take their poor behavior.
